Title: Structural analysis of the expression and transfer of staphylococcal virulence genes.
This project aims to study how mobile elements such as SCCmec elements and SaPIs are regulated and transferred.
Structure Club – talks about structural biology. Prof. Phoebe Rice and I are co-organizers of these series of seminars that take place monthly at , sponsored by the department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Faculties, postdocs and students gather to talk about structural biology, eat pizza and drink beer in a perfect atmosphere.
APS Data collection workshop and CCP4 school (2014): From data collection to structure refinement and beyond. This workshop was hosted by the Advanced Photon Source at Argonne National Laboratory, Chicago area, IL.
